14th ANNUAL BAJA CHALLENGE
Once again, San Diego’s
real estate/building and related industries are being
challenged to build homes for destitute families in the area of Mexico just south of Otay Mesa. Our 2013 goal is to build 12 homes in the brand new area of Colonia Union Antonchista. No experience is necessary,
but it is greatly appreciated.
Each team is
responsible for raising the $4,000 cost of materials per
house and providing a volunteer building crew. An additional $750 can also be donated, at each team's option, to provide an outhouse for the family whose home they are building.
